hii… i have installed E220 on my Laptop with Vista Ultimate.. it works.. but why it’s work so slowly..
under 30 kb/s.. how can i get it more FAST?? Should i download the firmware?? any ideas about this??

Hi,

I’ve downloaded all the three executables & i did the following steps,

1. Installed the software. It does it automatically when i plug my E220 on my Vista (32bit).

2. Then unzipped the first executable & it installed properly.

3. Unzipped the second executable but it’s giving me an error saying “Device port not open”. I checked Device Manager > Ports. There are few (at least 10) COM ports are visible in that tree. & Huewei is using COM-27 or something.

Can anyone give me any idea how to solve the problem ?? I’ve tried other USB Modem but none of them working as well. Using Sony Viao laptop & Vista-32 bit, Celcom 3G, Malaysia (Kuching). I’ve tried few shops but none of them managed to give me any solution. I used to use AT&T USB Modem but thts broken & after that i’m battling with my E220. Any solutions/suggestions ?? Hi..i have a problem with my ZTE MF622 USB Modem. I bought it last week and until last night it could worked properly, but when i wanted to use it again this afternoon, it said “A connection to the remote computer could not be established, so the port used for this connection was closed.”
Please, can anyone help me solve it?
